Nottingham Forest have agreed to shell out £93.5million for three prospective transfers on the eve of the new Premier League season.
Forest have offered £37.5million for Ipswich Town winger Omari Hutchinson and are closing on a £26m deal for Rennes forward Arnaud Kalimeundo.
They are also finalising details on a £30m package for Manchester City midfielder James McAtee.
And if that wasn’t enough, talks are continuing with Juventus over a loan move for midfielder Douglas Luiz while they are also close to agreeing a new contract with Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Hutchinson still has other clubs in for him but Forest are in pole position. They have also stepped in ahead of Brentford for the 23-year-old France international Kalimuendo who is due to undergo a medical on Friday.
McAtee will cost £22m plus £8m in add ons with buy-back and sell-on clauses included for City.

Talks over Hudson-Odoi’s deal are progressing while they are also advancing for 26-year old Luiz.
Forest so far have had a relatively quite window in terms of new signings but have succeeded in keeping star midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White at the City Ground after he dramatically reversed his wish to leave by signing a new contract in June.
The England international was heavily linked with a move to Tottenham, who narrowly lost against Paris Saint-Germain in the Super Cup on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, Forest have also kept hold of crucial centre-back pairing Murillo and Nikola Milenkovic, while cashing in on winger Anthony Elanga who joined Newcastle for £55m near the start of the window.
