Footage shows armed police with riot shields storming an apartment in Barcelona after officers tracked down gang leader Jamie Rothwell.
Rothwell, of Salford in Greater Manchester, organised a shooting from his hideout in Spain and traded a “vast arsenal of weapons”.
He was tracked down in Spain after he was identified as using the EncroChat phone network.
He pleaded guilty at Manchester Crown Court to a string of drugs and firearms offences and has been sentenced to 43 years.
