Natalie Cassidy has opened up on a major mistake she made in her early career that left her feeling “very alone”.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday (8 July), the EastEnders actor discussed the release of her weight loss DVD in the 2000s, which she said changed her relationship with food.
“I never thought about my weight before that time. I was very happy-go-lucky and didn’t get on a scale, didn’t do anything,” she said.
Cassidy revealed that once the DVD had been released, she put all the weight she had lost back on.
“The job was finished, and I was on my own. And I wish I had someone to talk to, you know, some- somewhere to go, whoever that would be.”
