New hub to help businesses make better use of IP
The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has launched a new Knowledge Asset Management (KAM) Hub to help businesses and research organisations identify, protect, manage and use their intellectual property (IP) and wider knowledge assets.
The hub brings together practical guidance and tools, including a KAM guide and a KAM toolkit, guidance on IP due diligence, and market analysis using patent data.
These resources are designed to help users make better decisions about their IP, reduce risks and spot opportunities for collaboration and commercialisation.
Who is KAM for?
The hub is aimed at university leaders, knowledge exchange practitioners, academics and researchers, but it is also relevant to businesses involved in research, collaboration or innovation.
Access IPO’s Knowledge Asset Management (KAM) Hub.
The IPO says more resources will be added soon. It is also inviting feedback on the new hub pages.
