Alongside the River Lea is Hertford Castle, an intimate, historic wedding venue. The castle can host as little as 2-24 guests, all the way up to 50 guests for a sit-down meal or 100 guests for an evening reception. Hertford Castle also offers Dry Hire options, to accommodate all couple’s tastes, budgets, styles and visions.
The castle’s Downshire Suite has high ceilings with sparkling chandeliers, and can be decorated in rich plums, berry reds, forest greens, along with firs, pinecones and holly during the winter season.
