CBBC legend Angellica Bell has reflected on her “madcap” time in children’s television 25 years on.

Speaking to The Independent at the ARIAS on Thursday (21 May), the 50-year-old spoke about the changing nature of the industry and social media, saying she is “really lucky” to start her career where and when she did.

Bell also revealed she loves seeing her old interviews resurface online, exposing them to a new audience.

“‘ Did I really do that? Did I really get pied by Dick and Dom on live TV?’ Yes, I did,” she laughed.
