Ray J is on eight different medications as he fights for his life.

The singer told TMZ on Thursday that doctors have advised he remain on bedrest taking Jardiance and Entresto — medications for people at high risk of heart failure — and the cholesterol medication Lipitor, among others.

The “One Wish” crooner, who revealed on Tuesday that he has been given months to live, is also supposed to abstain from drinking or smoking.

The 45-year-old noted that while he may get a pacemaker or defibrillator, he won’t know until his follow-up appointment in two weeks.

Additionally, he is considering traveling to Haiti for treatment.

Ray J told his Instagram followers earlier this week that “2027 is definitely a wrap for” him amid his health struggles.

“This is black,” he said, referencing his heart, which is only beating at 60 percent. “This is, like, done.”

“I shouldn’t have went this hard, bro,” he added, clarifying that he “could handle all the alcohol … all the Adderall … [and] all the drugs.”

Noting that he was previously drinking “four or five bottles a day” and taking “10 Addys” like he was “indestructible,” Ray J said, “I couldn’t [handle it]. It curved my time here.”

He continued, “My baby mama [Princess Love] gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here. And damn, when it’s all done, burn me, don’t bury me.”

Ray J claimed in another video over the weekend that he had been hospitalized and “almost died,” seemingly referencing TMZ’s Jan. 7 report that he had a severe case of pneumonia and “heart pains.”

On Sunday, he said, “As long as I stay focused and stay on the right path, then everything will be all right, so thank you for all your prayers.”

The actor currently cannot see his children due to a criminal protective order, telling the outlet Thursday this “took [him] down” and “made [him] realize” he needs to change his lifestyle.

He was arrested in November 2025 over allegedly pulling a gun on Princess Love, 41, during a harrowing livestream — but was released the same day after posting a $50,000 bail.

The on-again, off-again couple are the parents of daughter Melody, 7, and son Epik, 5.
