Adam Thomas broke down in tears over the I’m a Celebrity…South Africa “bullying” row with David Haye, as he revealed he went to therapy after exiting the show.

Speaking on his podcast, At Home With The Thomas Bro’s, on Wednesday (21 April), the actor said his time in the jungle changed him “forever”and left him feeling “broken”.

He said: “I know for a fact, I’m not the same person as I was when I went into the jungle, to when I came out. It’s changed me and that’s no over-exaggeration. It’s changed me. I’m in therapy now because of it.”

Viewers were unhappy after Haye, 45, called the actor “useless” among other insults after Thomas, who has the autoimmune condition psoriatic arthritis, asked to skip a Bushtucker Trial due to feeling unwell.
