WorldHost customer service training for Lisburn and Castlereagh

This training is open to businesses and individuals who want to develop a stronger customer-focused culture

Lisburn and Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership is currently recruiting for the WorldHost Supervising Customer Service Academy.

This fully-funded two-day workshop aims to establish a culture of excellence and drive business transformation.

The event will allow you to develop a customer-focused culture within your business, understand how to build and motivate your team, monitor success and identify customer service gaps by providing supervisors with the vital skills they need to recognise the value of excellent customer service.

Training content

The workshop is aimed at those supervising customer service at an operational level and are responsible for ensuring their team deliver outstanding customer service.

The academy will include

  • Customer service culture
  • Identifying your customers
  • Gathering, responding and applying customer feedback
  • Identifying gaps in employee performance
  • Developing your team
  • Coaching for success
  • Recruiting for success
  • Service recovery

Workshop details

Date Monday 13 and Thursday 16 April 2026
Time 930am to 4pm
Venue Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn
Cost Free

Businesses attending the workshop must be based in the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council area.

The closing date to register is 4pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
