Businesses, social enterprises and enterprise partners are set to benefit from a new package of economic development support

The Derry Strabane Local Economic Partnership is a collaborative initiative, funded by the Department for the Economy’s Regional Balance Fund.

Through this initiative, two new funding opportunities are now open for applications from eligible businesses, social enterprises and enterprise partners operating within the Derry City and Strabane District area.

Enterprise Partnership Fund

The Enterprise Partnership Fund supports projects that demonstrate clear, measurable impact through effective collaboration, innovation, and alignment with local economic priorities.

The minimum grant available is £5,000 and the maximum grant is £15,000. Applicants must provide at a minimum 25% of total grant requested as match funding.

Business Transformation Grants Programme

The Business Transformation Grants Programme supports micro and small businesses to achieve sustainable, measurable growth through capital investment and sustainability projects.

The minimum grant available is £5,000 and the maximum is £25,000. The grant will cover 70% of the total eligible project cost. Applicants must provide the remaining 30% as match funding.
