2026 Northern Ireland Women in Tech Awards

Women in Business NI has opened entries for the 2026 Women in Tech Awards. The awards recognise and celebrate women who innovate, challenge and embrace technology, and those supporting greater inclusion in the industry.

Applications are welcome from individuals, organisations and sectors delivering tech innovation. Entrants can submit an application for themselves, or nominate others across ten categories

  • Outstanding Woman in Tech
  • Outstanding Apprentice
  • Digital Transformation Leader of the Year
  • Software Engineer of the Year (new for 2026)
  • Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Tech Team of the Year
  • C-level Woman of the Year
  • Male Advocate of the Year
  • Tech Advocate of the Year
  • One to Watch in the Future

Applications are open across the public, private and third sectors.

The deadline for applications and nominations is Monday 11 May 2026.

Shortlisted finalists will be announced in mid-May 2026. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 19 June 2026 at the Europa Hotel in Belfast. More than 300 delegates from across Northern Ireland’s technology sector are expected to attend.
