Liverpool are completing the £60million transfer of Jeremy Jacquet – but he is not likely to be alone in arriving at Anfield in what could be another busy summer window.

Daily Mail Sport’s Lewis Steele revealed he expects the Reds to move for a centre back and a winger to boost their squad after a difficult second season for Arne Slot.

Questions remain over whether Slot is in charge for that next recruitment drive – although Lewis confirms the Reds are still backing their title-winning manager – for now.
