Travis Hunter’s fiancee Leanna Lenee has been in the news plenty over the last few weeks, mainly for not positive reasons. Now a video has resurfaced of Deion Sanders telling the Heisman Trophy winner to get a prenup.
The video was shot in 2022 when Sanders was the head coach at Jackson State and during Hunter’s freshman year, months after he became the first five-star prospect to ever choose a non-FBS school as his college destination.
Two years later, Hunter is the best player in college football and is months away from being a top NFL Draft pick, while Sanders as led Colorado’s gridiron renaissance.
Lenee has come under fire multiple times, first at a game against Oklahoma State, then at the Heisman Trophy ceremony, and finally at a meet and greet for Hunter with his fans, for her attitude. The two-way star has furiously defended Lenee at every turn.
Hunter and Lenee got engaged earlier this year, with their wedding scheduled for next May.
Also present for the conversation between Hunter and his head coach is Deion’s son and Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

‘I think he done got married on us and ain’t told nobody,’ Deion Sanders said to Hunter.
‘Naw, not yet coach,’ Hunter replied.
‘Let me know because imma do your prenup for you. It’s going to be about this thick,’ Sanders continued, holding up a stack of four books.
‘And this is going to be the cover of it – “The Little Engine That Could,”‘ Sanders added while showing off the famed children’s book.
There is still time for Hunter to coordinate with Sanders if a pre-nuptial agreement is something he is interested in with Lenee.
After all, Hunter’s net worth is set to skyrocket in 2025 beyond his already-lucrative $5.2million NIL evaluation.
