Team USA hurdler Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and her husband Andre have announced the arrival of their first child.
The glamorous couple first revealed she was pregnant back in January with a romantic beach photoshoot they later posted on Instagram.
On Sunday, they then revealed that McLaughlin-Levrone had given birth to their baby daughter, named Savannah Michelle.
‘Our blessing and our joy is finally here! So grateful for everyone who supported us through the pregnancy journey. Looking forward to seeing what God has in store for our little girl!!’ she captioned the post.
The couple posted a number of black-and-white photos as they held their adorable new arrival, who was wearing a cute ribbon headband and cream onesie. They also shared pictures of them holding their daughter’s hand.
McLaughlin-Levrone shared more photos of her and her husband snuggling with Savannah on her Instagram story.

McLaughlin-Levrone is a four-time Olympic champion and 400m hurdles world record holder
Levrone played in the NFL for two years across spells with the Ravens and Panthers
Tennis ace Coco Gauff, as well as McLaughlin-Levrone’s fellow athletes Gabby Thomas, Allyson Felix and Keely Hodgkinson were among those to like the post.
Although it’s unclear when the couple started dating, they made their relationship official on Instagram in December 2020.
Sydney said in an interview in 2022 that they met through ‘a mutual friend’ who she went to high school with and he went to college with. But they didn’t interact until Andre ‘slid into her DMs’ and asked if she wanted to go to his Bible study class.
They got married in 2022 in a stunning vineyard wedding less than a year after he popped the question.
McLaughlin-Levrone is a four-time Olympic gold medalist after winning the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay at both Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024.
She also holds the world record for the 400m hurdles and American record for the 400m.
Levrone, meanwhile, played in the NFL for two years after a breakout high school career saw the wide receiver get several offers from high-profile colleges.
He went to the University of Virginia and, although he was undrafted out of college, Levrone eventually signed with the Baltimore Ravens in 2018.
After a year there, he joined the Carolina Panthers but then announced his retirement from the NFL after two seasons in September 2020.
