Uways Hussain, 20 and of Burnage, and 23-year-old Usmon Mahmood, of Levenshulme, have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving a vehicle whilst uninsured, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without insurance.
