- Tommy Fury called out Jake Paul after winning on his long-awaited boxing return
- The 26-year-old beat Bosnian Kenan Hanjalic to keep his perfect 11-0 record
Tommy Fury called out Jake Paul after beating Kenan Hanjalic in front of Molly-Mae Hague as he returned to the ring for the first time in almost two years.
The former Love Island star made hard work out of his Bosnian opponent in Budapest but claimed victory to keep his perfect 11-0 record.
The 26-year-old won on a unanimous points decision in the six-round cruiserweight clash in front of a small crowd at the MTK Arena.
He dedicated the victory to ‘sweetheart’ Molly-Mae before insulting Paul and telling him he would ‘knock him spark out’.
The British boxer said: ‘Jake Paul’s a b**** and he’s running scared, Hey, Jake, the hand is fixed now, the hand is fixed. I fought a guy in here tonight who has had over 100 amateur fights.
‘He’s experienced and he’s as tough as teeth. If Jake Paul wants to step inside this ring, I guarantee you next time I will knock him spark out. I’ve had two years out of the ring, this is me after two years. I will knock that bum out wherever he wants it.’

Fury’s win came in his first fight since beating KSI on unanimous decision in Manchester in October 2023.
Fury beat Paul by split decision in Saudi Arabia in February 2023.
Paul has since beat both Mike Tyson and MMA fighter Nate Diaz. The American is also due to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr in June.
The Brit, who had hand surgery last year, earlier brushed aside suggestions that he could face Paul or KSI again, insisting: ‘I’ve made my money out of them.’
‘To be honest with you, I’m not that interested,’ Fury told DAZN.
‘I beat them both and there is no real motivation. I’m not in boxing to fight them again.
‘I’m not really interested in them and have already had my money out of both of them.’
Meanwhile, Hanjalic, 27, succumbed to just his second ever defeat against the British boxer.
Fury added: ‘I just want to say thank you for this victory to the Lord Savior Jesus Christ, without him none of this would be possible.
‘I want to say hello to my beautiful baby girl Bambi at home, my sweetheart Molly, she’ll always be mine forever.

‘And I want to dedicate this to my mother and father because without them I wouldn’t be breathing, I wouldn’t be here.
‘The reason I am here today is my mother and father. I will love them until the day I die and I owe them everything.
‘I’ve been through a hell of a lot these last two years. I’ve been though things that tear men down, drunk, alcoholic; I lost my family for a little bit.
‘But I’ve turned things around, I’ve gone from being low to being on top of the world again.’
Fury was originally set to return to the ring against UFC fighter Darren Till in January.
But the bout was cancelled after Till threatened to deploy ‘MMA tactics’ in the fight.
