Nominations are open for the UK’s top engineering innovation prize
The MacRobert Award is the UK’s longest running national prize for engineering innovation. It honours exceptional engineering achievements that demonstrate outstanding innovation, tangible societal impact, and proven commercial success.
Past winners have included groundbreaking innovations such as the Pegasus jet engine, catalytic converters, the Millennium Dome roof, and intelligent prosthetic limbs.
Established by the MacRobert Trust, the award is now presented by the Royal Academy of Engineering with support from the Worshipful Company of Engineers.
The winning team receives a gold medal, national recognition, and a £50,000 prize.
Nominations close at 5pm on Saturday, 31 January 2025.
