- living rivers, living communities – waterways and environmental stewardship
- living heritage, shared futures – culture, heritage and reconciliation

Organisational eligibility criteria
Applications are expected from not-for-profit or community-based organisations with appropriate governance structures.
Eligible organisations should be able to provide
- a constitution or governing document
- basic financial information
- evidence of community focus and organisational accountability
