A man has been charged over allegations of a £590,000 romance fraud involving six people over a 15-year period.
Marc Cole-Jones, of Donnington, Telford, Shropshire, is accused of 22 counts of fraud by false representation.
The alleged victims are from Cheshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Lancashire, Manchester and the West Midlands.
The 52-year-old, also known as Marc Cole and Marc Sands, is due to appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Monday 18 August, said Cheshire Police.
