Sports host Madelyn Burke, who has famously covered the New York Giants, is set to move into her dream role.

Burke has spent a decade covering the Giants for various outlets, including MSG Network and Giants.com.

However, she is set to make the move to Bristol to join ESPN as a ‘SportsCenter’ anchor.

The TV personality will join the network in April, with her anchoring schedule still being determined.

‘I’m over the moon to begin this next chapter of my career in my dream job! SportsCenter is a show I grew up watching, a cornerstone of ESPN for decades, and I’m so honored to join such an iconic program,’ the Los Angeles native announced on social media on Monday.

‘I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, and especially thankful for the family, friends, and colleagues who have supported me every step of the way. Can’t wait to get to work!’

She described the move as a ‘full-circle moment,’ having previously worked as a production assistant for ESPN on ‘Monday Night Football’ and the NBA Finals.

‘Nearly 20 years later, to be here now joining “SportsCenter,” I honestly feel a lot more gratitude than anything else to the people and the experiences and the opportunities that have helped me get here,’ Burke told the New York Post.

‘It’s also just the full-circle moment of remembering being a young PA just cutting her teeth and trying to do whatever it takes to be in and around the industry. And now, I’m about to start my dream job.’

Burke, who graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in journalism, announced the end of her ten-year tenure covering the Giants on social media on Thursday.

‘After 10 seasons of covering the New York Football Giants, it’s time for me to move on. I’ve loved being a part of Big Blue and watching this organization evolve over the last decade,’ Burke wrote.

‘I’ve built some incredible friendships, made lasting memories, and hope to have left a positive impact on the fan base with our content and coverage over the years.

‘I’m excited to announce what’s next, more on that soon. For now, one thing remains true: once a Giant, always a Giant.’

Burke served as a sideline reporter for WFAN Giants broadcasts, as well as hosting multiple shows across the team’s digital platforms and ‘Giants Postgame Live’ on MSG.

She previously covered college football and the NBA across multiple platforms, including time on the Clippers beat and a stint with Sports Illustrated.

She also hosted the nationally televised college football show ‘Running with the PAC’ on FOX, as well as spending time with Bleacher Report and Amazon.
