NBA superstar Stephen Curry has announced the UNDERRATED Golf European Tour will be returning for a third season later this year.
Season three will be held at The Belfry in Warwickshire, England from May 25-27. The famous course has been the recent home of the British Masters and has hosted the Ryder Cup on four separate occasions (1985, 1989, 1993, and 2002).
The aim of the tour, which is sponsored by United Airlines for the third consecutive year, is to promote emerging junior golfers across Europe and make the game more diverse.
The Golden State Warriors point guard said: ‘Seeing UNDERRATED Golf Europe return for another season and having United Airlines back as presenting sponsor is really special.
‘There’s so much passion for golf across Europe and so much young talent coming up. This tour gives those players a real platform to compete, be seen and believe they belong in this sport.
‘To kick off the season at The Belfry, a place with so much history in the game, makes that opportunity even more meaningful for these athletes.’

United Airlines sponsor the tour in hope of supporting the careers of the next top golf stars. They will operate up to 20 daily flights between the US and London Heathrow for those who wish to watch the tour live.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the two boys champions and two girls champions will travel to the United States to compete in the prestigious Curry Cup, the season-ending championship hosted by Curry.
This year’s Curry Cup will take place at Bethpage Black Golf Course. The Curry Cup brings together top performers from UNDERRATED Golf events around the world, giving these young athletes the chance to showcase their talent on an international stage.
Former Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale will return as an ambassador for UNDERRATED Golf Europe with the Welshman tasked with keeping a close eye on talented, young golfers.
