Golf has become the latest sport to be rocked by the bizarre sex toy epidemic that has swept threw the WNBA.
The WNBA was recently embroiled in a scandal that saw multiple fans throw brightly-colored dildos onto the court at various games across the league with one even hitting Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham.
The NFL fell victim to the trend during the Tennessee Titans’ preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings on Friday night.
And now, not even golf is safe. The traditionally buttoned-up sport has become the latest to be hit by the craze after a green sex toy was hurled onto the pristine fairways of East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia.
The PGA Tour held its season-ending TOUR Championship at the Georgian golf course, where Englishman Tommy Fleetwood claimed the $10million prize with his first-ever victory on the tour over the weekend.
But the final round of the prestigious tournament on Sunday wasn’t without scandal as the neon dildo was tossed onto the 18th green.

As eventual champion Fleetwood was lining up his putt, someone from among the throng of spectators waiting to see him be crowned threw the sex toy towards the green, where it landed on the fringe.
A security guard swiftly moved into action, kicking the dildo away from the putting surface and into a nearby greenside bunker.
The incident didn’t appear to disrupt Fleetwood or his playing partner, Patrick Cantlay, but it did mark yet the latest occurrence in the troublesome trend.
The WNBA’s own sex toy scandal resulted in at least three arrests and some fans were banned for life from attending games.
Minnesota Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve was among those strongly condemning the actions from the crowd, urging those responsible to be held accountable.
‘I just want to comment on… this has been going on for centuries. The sexualization of women, this is the latest version of that. It’s not funny,’ said Reeve.
She continued: ‘It should not be a butt of jokes on any radio show, or in print, or in any comments.
‘The sexualization of women is what’s used to hold women down and this is no different.

‘This is just the latest story, and we should write about it in that way. These people that are doing this should be held accountable.
‘We’re not the butt of the joke. They’re the problem, and we need to take action.’
Hours after Reeve made her comments, yet another incident saw two sex toys thrown on a court at WinTrust Arena in Illinois for a game between the Chicago Sky and the Atlanta Dream.
While the viral trend appears to have calmed down in the basketball world, the NFL was dealing with the consequences after one was tossed on the field on Friday night.
The neon green sex toy landed near the 6-yard line with about five minutes left in the Titans’ win over the Minnesota Vikings.
The teams were on the field with the Titans on offense near midfield when the object hit the field close to the Tennessee sideline.
It was picked up and given to a security guard.
