“Southern Hospitality” star Grace Lilly was arrested Tuesday in South Carolina on drug possession charges, just months following a previous arrest.

Lilly, 27, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, according to Charleston County jail records.

She was in custody for several hours with an initial bond amount of $10,575, then released on personal recognizance, which means the judge allowed release without paying the full cash bond based on a promise to appear in court.

Page Six reached out to representatives for Lilly but did not immediately hear back.

Lilly was arrested on Dec. 29, 2025, in Charleston, S.C., when cops found “happy pills” in her car, Page SIx exclusively revealed at the time.

She was booked at the Charleston County Jail on Monday at 1:40 a.m. local time, and released in the afternoon.

Per that police report, officers had a warrant out for Lilly’s arrest for a second-degree harassment charge. She was pulled over at a gas station that Sunday night after an alleged illegal lane change.

Upon being handcuffed, she allegedly asked for her purse. According to the police report, “Inside the purse, a small container with ‘Happy Pills’ imprinted on the top was located, which contained 12 circular white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side, and half of an oblong blue pill with no identifiable imprints.”

“When asked about the pills found inside the purse, the offender stated that the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control. The offender stated she had a prescription for the Xanax but did not have any proof of that information available at the time,” the report continued.
