£600,000 Smart Data Prize for UK innovators
UK businesses and innovators can apply for the Smart Data Challenge Prize, offering up to £600,000 to develop groundbreaking smart data solutions.
The competition, funded by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), aims to accelerate apps and technologies that use smart data to empower consumers and SMEs, drive competition, and grow the economy.
What’s on offer?
The competition will give up to ten selected innovators the opportunity to prototype smart data solutions with high potential impact in a specially created Data Sandbox.
The selected innovators will benefit from grants totalling £50,000, as well as a range of non-financial support. Following the prototyping phase, the winning team will receive a further £50,000, and two runners-up a further £25,000 each.
Applications close on 14 March 2025 at 1159pm.
