Eligibility criteria
The Small Settlement Business Support – Reconfiguring Space grant is open to owners, leaseholders or tenants of eligible properties which are situated within the village boundaries of one of the following small settlements Aghagallon, Bleary, Dollingstown, Donaghcloney, Drumnacanvy, Gilford, Hamiltonsbawn, Keady, Kinallen, Laurelvale/Mullavilly, Magheralin, Markethill, Rathfriland, Richhill, Tandragee and Waringstown.

The Small Settlement Business Support – Reconfiguring Space grant is provided through funding from Department for Communities (DfC), the Department of Agriculture Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA), together with Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, as a project under the Covid Recovery Small Settlements Regeneration Programme.
This grant provides up to 80% of costs, limited to a maximum of £20,000, for changing the use of space of commercial properties.
Projects must be completed by Monday 30 June 2025.
VAT registered applicants will be assessed based on net costs used in the application.
The deadline for applications is midday on Friday 17 January 2025.
