While England may have fallen short of reaching the 2026 FIFA World Cup final, one Sky Bet customer still had plenty to celebrate after seeing an extraordinary long-term accumulator finally come good.

The remarkable bet, which was placed on October 1, 2025, saw the punter back the winners of seven major sporting events spanning football, cricket and darts.

And nine months later, the final selection clicked into place, turning a £10 stake into an eye-watering £103,228.

The winning run began with Australia defeating New Zealand in their T20 International series before Luke Littler was backed to win the 2025-26 PDC World Darts Championship.

Following this, the customer successfully picked India to lift the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Aston Villa and PSG to be crowned UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League winners respectively, and Spain to triumph at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

With Spain’s victory in the final proving to be the final piece of the puzzle, the seven-fold accumulator was complete – delivering a six-figure return.

Sky Bet punter turns £10 into more than £103K with incredible 7-fold acca – which included Spain to win the 2026 World Cup

Full seven-fold acca

• New Zealand v Australia (CWC25) Match Winner – Australia – 1.44

• PDC World Championship 25/26 Outright Winner – Luke Littler – 2.25

• Big Bash 25/26 Outright Winner – Perth Scorchers – 5.50

• Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 Winner – India – 2.50

• UEFA Europa League 25/26 Outright Winner – Aston Villa – 6.00

• UEFA Champions League 25/26 Outright Winner – PSG – 7.00

• FIFA World Cup 2026 Outright Winner – Spain – 5.50

Nine months is a long time to wait for a bet to settle, but patience certainly paid off for the Sky Bet customer, whose £10 flutter ultimately returned incredible winnings of more than £103K.
