One of the UK’s most established cosmetic surgery providers, Signature Clinic, has brought three experienced professionals into its senior leadership team, as the business looks to strengthen the foundations that support both its clinical reputation and its continued growth across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Taking up new senior roles within the organisation are Mr Mabroor Bhatty, who has been appointed Clinical Director; Tracey McAleney, who joins as Chief Operating Officer; and Sarah Hill, who has been named Head of Sales.

The three appointments are a clear statement of intent from Signature Clinic, reflecting the importance the organisation places on having the right expertise at the highest levels of its clinical, operational and commercial functions as it continues to grow its network of clinics across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, London and Dublin.

Dr Sayani Sainudeen, Founder, Signature Clinic said: “These appointments mark an exciting milestone for Signature Clinic as we continue to scale our business across the UK and Ireland. Mr Bhatty’s clinical expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen our medical leadership, while Tracey brings the operational rigour required to support sustainable growth. Sarah’s appointment further enhances our commercial capability, ensuring we continue to deliver strong patient acquisition strategies and outstanding patient experiences. Together, this leadership team positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”

Mr Mabroor Bhatty steps into the Clinical Director role with a professional career spanning decades at the forefront of plastic and cosmetic surgery. After qualifying in medicine at Karachi University, he relocated to the UK for postgraduate training in plastic surgery and was awarded his FRCS by the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992. He trained within major NHS institutions under programmes run by the Royal College of Surgeons and the British Association of Plastic Surgeons before becoming a full-time consultant. His clinical focus since 2010 has been entirely cosmetic, with well-established expertise in facial surgical procedures and complex body contouring for patients who have experienced considerable weight loss. He contributes regularly to international medical education through lectures and published work, and he supplements his UK practice by working as a visiting plastic surgeon abroad, supporting reconstructive surgery for those living in underprivileged communities without adequate access to specialist care.

Tracey McAleney joins Signature Clinic as Chief Operating Officer with a career that has taken her through senior leadership positions in private healthcare, aesthetic medicine and large-scale retail businesses. Her role will encompass strategic oversight of operations, performance management and growth across the multi-site clinic network, with a particular emphasis on the patient experience, operational efficiency and the governance requirements that responsible expansion within a regulated healthcare environment demands.

Sarah Hill joins as Head of Sales with a professional background of more than 15 years in private healthcare, refractive surgery and commercial leadership roles across multiple sites. She will take ownership of national sales strategy, patient acquisition performance and the commercial development of the clinic network. She will focus on building robust and high-performing sales functions, designing acquisition strategies capable of scaling with the organisation and delivering reliable revenue growth that meets both commercial ambitions and regulatory requirements. Throughout her career she has led large and complex teams, developed and deployed performance measurement frameworks and aligned sales, marketing, operational and patient services functions to work effectively together in pursuit of meaningful commercial outcomes.

Signature Clinic continues to provide patients across its network with a wide selection of both surgical and non-surgical treatments, from procedures including facelifts, blepharoplasty, gynaecomastia surgery, VASER liposuction and labiaplasty to non-surgical options such as anti-wrinkle injections, lip fillers, dermal enhancements and a range of advanced skin treatments.
