Shott Scale Up Accelerator opens for deep tech leaders
The Royal Academy of Engineering has opened applications for the Shott Scale Up Accelerator, a nine-month programme offering training, coaching and funding to ambitious small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The programme aims to build leadership skills to grow high-potential companies towards £100 million+ valuations. Successful applicants receive
- £10,000 grant to fund leadership training anywhere in the world
- peer learning with a small cohort of deep tech leaders
- personalised coaching and business mentoring from scaled engineering experts
- practical growth workshops and investor network access
- lifetime access to the Enterprise Hub network across London, Belfast, Swansea, Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool and Sheffield
The programme takes no fees, equity or intellectual property from participants.
Who can apply
Shott Scale Up Accelerator is open to founders and C-suite leaders of UK-registered deep tech or engineering SMEs that have
- at least 10 employees
- raised £1 million+ in funding or equivalent traction
- clear evidence of product-market fit
- ambition to build a £100 million+ UK company
