Corentin Moutet and Alexander Bublik have made the headlines as the pair had to be separated by the umpire after a fiery Challenger clash.
Their conflict began when the Russian-Kazakhstani star appeared to attempt a quick-serving after more than two hours of a highly competitive game.
However, as Bublik was preparing to fire his shot, Moutet could be heard saying, ‘I’m not ready,’ trying to slow down his opponent.
‘I don’t give a s***,’ responded Bublik, with a phrase that further added fuel to their conflict as the pair was spotted arguing even after the match.
Although initially it looked that the pair was willing to leave their clash behind immediately after the game with a handshake, they appeared to engage in another war of words.
Footage after their clash emerged showing Bublik asking: ‘You want to fight? The French kid is speaking & he doesn’t want to fight.
‘Let’s go. We meet in 10 minutes outside.’
The umpire tried to separate the duo as the tensions were running high at the Arizona Tennis Classic.
It remains unclear what Moutet said before the video started – although Bublik is known for his furious clashes.
Last year, the 27-year-old lost his temper and destroyed his equipment during a match against Flavio Cobolli at the China Open.
Moutet could also share a similar story after previously, footage from a Challenger event in France showcased the 25-year-old in a verbal war with Adrian Andreev – forcing the umpire to solve the conflict.
