Shropshire Council’s Shire Services team is celebrating a remarkable achievement after winning two prestigious awards at the 2025 Public Sector Catering (PSC) Awards.
Shire Services secured the Marketing Award—for the second year in a row—and the Health and Nutrition Award, reinforcing their dedication to promoting healthy eating and innovative service delivery. They were also nominated for the Education Catering Award and Team of the Year Award, further highlighting their excellence in catering across public sector institutions.
The Public Sector Catering Awards recognise outstanding achievements in catering across a variety of sectors, including schools, hospitals, care homes, universities, the armed forces, and prisons.
Area Manager, Lauren Moore, commented on the win: “We are absolutely delighted to receive these awards, especially winning the Marketing Award for the second year running. The awards ceremony took place at the Metropole Hotel in London on Thursday, 24 April, bringing together top industry professionals to celebrate excellence in public sector catering.
