The final day of NRL Magic Round has been marred after two fans brawled in the stands at Suncorp Stadium.
The incident occurred during the Brisbane Broncos and New Zealand Warriors match on Sunday afternoon.
A Broncos supporter and Warriors fan can be seen exchanging multiple punches in a video posted by the Clarkey’s Rugby League Column social media account.
The footage, which has now attracted 1.6 million views, also shows fans of other teams – including Dane Clarke, the man behind the account – attempting to stop the fight.
‘Silly boys having a biffo at Magic Round,’ Clarke wrote.
‘Had to step in & break that up.’

The stunning vision has since gone viral, with the footage acquiring 30,000 likes and 800 comments.
Fans have since taken aim at the individuals for marring the most popular weekend on the NRL calendar.
‘The whole beauty of magic round is that there’s 50k drunk footy fans and everyone loving life noone is fighting, lowkey disappointing to see,’ one said.
‘Should have just had them kicked out,’ another claimed.
‘Nothing screams family event like fighting, alcohol and gambling,’ one more said.
‘Silly men can’t just go out and have fun,’ another wrote.
Queensland Police told the Daily Mail they are aware of the incident and are in the process of confirming details.
It’s not the first time Magic Round has been let down by brawling fans.
In 2022, NRL CEO Andrew Abdo threatened to ban supporters for life after they were involved in a fight that resulted in multiple punches, a coward punch, and one spectator going tumbling backwards down three rows of seats.
