Sabel & Co, an online estate agency based in Derbyshire, has announced a year-long charitable programme to coincide with the anniversary of Belper Mills, the historic UNESCO World Heritage Site that has recently secured approval for redevelopment.

Founded in 2024 by Amanda Jarvis-Doyle, the company has gained recognition in the regional property market for its fixed-fee approach and emphasis on transparency for sellers.

With more than 30 years of experience in estate agency, Jarvis-Doyle established the business to provide clearer guidance for homeowners navigating what can often be a complex process.

As part of the initiative, the firm will donate £250 from every completed sale to a charity selected by the vendor, linking property transactions with direct support for community causes during a significant period for Belper.

“This is my town, these are the people I love to help and being able to give something back and donate, in the 240th anniversary of Belper Mills seemed very fitting, and one we are delighted to do,” said Amanda Jarvis-Doyle.

The agency’s core selling package, priced at £997 plus VAT, includes the essential services required to market and complete a sale, aiming to reduce hidden costs and uncertainty for clients.

Amanda added: “Most people don’t sell properties frequently. They need help, they need to know how to navigate the estate agency world. With Sabel & Co, we offer varied packages that take away so much of the hassle and worry”.

The planned redevelopment of Belper Mills is expected to contribute to the town’s regeneration, and the charity pledge reflects the same focus on local benefit and renewal.

Through this programme, Sabel & Co is reinforcing its commitment to ethical practice, community engagement and clear communication with customers.
