The fan who went streaking on the field at Super Bowl LX has broken his silence and shared how he was able to pull off the explicit stunt.
This is not the first time that Alex Gonzales has gone streaking at the NFL’s biggest game, with the motive being to direct attention to his Instagram account.
Gonzales ran onto the field bare-chested in the fourth quarter while wearing black pants and white shoes.
He had written his Instagram handle on his back while putting ‘Trade with Athena’ – which appears to be connected to his Forex trading – on his front. According to his Instagram bio, Gonzales is a day trader.
He managed to evade security for some time before eventually being tackled by guards and Patriots rookie wide receiver Kyle Williams.
On his Instagram page, Gonzales has a video showing the moment he jumped the barricade and onto the field. A different, unidentified person is also seen being tackled by security.

Gonzales shared the video of the entire incident to his account, while also sharing a snap of the costume he wore to get inside Levi’s Stadium.
‘$20 costume. $50,000 tickets,’ the trader posted to his story, along with a picture of him wearing a fake gray beard and sunglasses.
This is the second time in three years that Gonzales has pulled such a stunt – having previously gone streaking during Super Bowl LVIII between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.
‘One of my goals has always been to streak the Super Bowl,’ Gonzales said in 2024. ‘I did it now, and I’ll do it again.’
While he got onto the field with another person in Las Vegas two years ago, he invaded the turf on his own this time.
Santa Clara Police confirmed the arrest of the streaker and revealed that two charges have been filed against him.
Gonzales’ account is filled with images of a glitzy millionaire lifestyle that he earned through day trading – which makes you wonder why he felt the need to do this in the first place.
