The price of Guinness at Aintree has been revealed as punters pack the racecourse for the Grand National.

Plenty descended to Paddy Power shops on the high street to place their bets with the in-store only eight-places each-way offer – one of the most generous offerings in Grand National history – catching the eye.
Typically bookmakers online pay out each-way on the first four, five, or even six finishers. But Paddy Power’s eight-way offering is one-of-a-kind – and punters have shown an eagerness not to miss out.
At the course, meanwhile, he price of alcohol has been revealed, detailing how much a pint will set punters back.
And it could be worse – with a round of Guinness – four pints – to set punters back £31.20.

According to The Debt Expert, meanwhile, the average price in Liverpool – where Aintree is situated – is £4.92.
If consumers are after a non-alcoholic beverage, meanwhile, it will set them back £6.
It’s the same price as what Cheltenham listed the drink at, too, earlier this year.
Despite predicted record sales of Guinness, Cheltenham bosses decided to increase the price of the popular beverage by 30p, charging punters £7.80.

Meanwhile, a premium lager cost 40p less than a Guinness at £7.40, while the alcohol free version of the Irish stout is valued at the same price.
