Alan Ritchson shared a cryptic Instagram quote after a video of his weekend brawl with a neighbor went viral.
On Monday, the actor posted, “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake. – Napoleon Bonaparte.”
The “Reacher” star, 43, did not caption the social media upload.
He, notably, refused to discuss Sunday’s fight when speaking with the Daily Mail earlier that same day.
“I can’t answer questions about that right now,” Ritchson told the outlet. “There’s an active investigation.”
Law enforcement sources confirmed as much to TMZ on Monday, revealing no arrests have been made.
As for the man Ritchson repeatedly punched in headline-making footage, Ronnie Taylor chatted at length with the outlet about the altercation.
Taylor said the situation “escalated quickly” when he demanded Ritchson and two of his three sons stop their alleged motorbike speeding and engine revving before someone “got hurt.”
Taylor admitted, “I did push him because he was coming towards me on his bike.”
After confessing to pushing Ritchson “a second time,” Taylor said, “I think the second time he got off his bike, and he kicked the crap out of me.
“He hit me in the back of my head [and] I went to the ground and covered myself,” he continued.
Sources close to Ritchson insisted to the outlet that the “Blood Drive” alum did not instigate the beatdown.
His tension with Taylor began Saturday when the “Smallville” alum raced through the neighborhood solo, with the duo allegedly flipping each other the bird.
Ritchson’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
