- A top talent has made a shocking heel turn – and it’s not their first in their career
- WWE celebrated a lot of their new champions and started several new storylines
Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman were the talk of the industry on Saturday night after their stunning heel turn at the close of WrestleMania 41’s night one and the pair used Monday Night Raw to explain their actions.
CM Punk and Roman Reigns had little interesting hearing what they had to say and both made their own attempts to shut them up.
However, Heyman and Rollins were saved by a hooded figure just as Reigns was set to Spear the former in half.
That figure turned out to be Bron Breakker, the son of Rick Steiner and nephew of Scott Steiner who has long appeared destined for greatness.
The trio of Heyman, Rollins and Breakker stood tall to close out the show and signify the beginning of a new dawn in the company. A power shift indeed.

- John Cena opened the show and tore into the fans cheering for him. Revealed he has 27 dates left on his WWE retirement tour before Randy Orton appeared to a monster pop and hit him with an RKO, seemingly setting up their clash over the WWE title in Orton’s hometown of St Louis, Missouri at Backlash
- Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodirguez def. Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria for the Women’s Tag Team Championships in a great match. After Valkyria ate the pin – ending their reign at one day – Lynch turned on her compatriot and beat her down, seemingly turning heel.

- Jey Uso made his first appearance as champion with an emotional video package and then promo. He was joined by Sami Zayn and his twin brother Jimmy who celebrated with the champion. The way Zayn stared at Uso on the turnbuckle suggests he may want to challenge him soon

- Gunther appeared at ringside and took his frustrations out on Michael Cole and Pat McAfee, choking out the latter who tried to defend Cole
