Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Fred Johnson has been accused of dumping his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and kicking her out of their house before pursuing other women on dating apps,
Johnson’s now ex-partner, Lyss Okada, has made the claims on TikTok across two videos. In one of them, her suitcases are even visible in the background as she hits out over how she has been treated.
Johnson has been offered the chance to comment by Daily Mail via his representatives but as of Sunday night, they have not replied. On his Instagram, however, he has posted cryptic messages about knowing when you’re emotionally smart and how the ‘smartest flex isn’t revenge’.
In happier times, the couple kickstarted 2026 by posting several updates together on social media announcing that they would be welcoming a baby girl later this year.
Now, though, things have changed drastically according to Okada.
‘Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter and be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically you would not think that man is a good man or good father,’ she said in a lengthy video on Friday.

‘You would not think that man would have any form of decency, integrity or have morals. If, hypothetically, those situations were true, those would be some sh***y f***ing people, in my opinion.’
Then, in another video shared on TikTok on Sunday, the 31-year-old Okada hit out at some of the responses she has seen in the days since her apparent split with Johnson.
‘I just truly think it’s time people stop blaming women for the partners they choose,’ she said. ‘And start blaming partners for pretending to be something that they are not.
‘What I’ve realized is there are so many people quick to say “what did you do” or “you knew what you were getting yourself into”. That is not true.
‘No woman ever knowingly goes into a situation thinking this person is going to hurt me, this person is going to lie to me, this person is going to be a completely different person to the one he is showing me.’
She also appears to have blocked Johnson on her Instagram account. He is no longer tagged in the posts she shared months ago announcing her pregnancy.
The 28-year-old Johnson, a 6’7″, 326-pound lineman, has proven himself a popular player at the Eagles across the last couple of seasons, with many among the Philadelphia fanbase considering him an underrated member of the setup.
He has made 14 starts in the last two years alone, as both left and right tackle, and the Eagles recently agreed another one-year deal with him for the 2026 season.

He has covered for both Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata in those two campaigns – and in 2024, the Eagles went all the way to the Super Bowl, beating Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans.
Johnson played seven snaps in that game, which his team won 40-22.
The anticipation for the 2026 NFL season will ramp up this week when the schedule drops on Thursday. In the meantime, it appears Johnson has some other big issues to sort.
Okada, meanwhile, appears to have spent Sunday celebrating Mother’s Day pregnant with her friend and family.
