The wife of New England Patriots star quarterback Drake Maye is defending Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen after Pats fans slated the ex-wife of Tom Brady.
Ann Michael Maye has become a celebrity in New England for her popular TikTok page – featuring her work in the kitchen as a baker.
She went viral for her ‘Bakemas’ series during the holiday season and now has parlayed that into a television show: ‘Beyond Bakemas’, airing on NBC Sports Boston.
In a recent discussion for the program with Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, Ann Michael talked about how she reads the comments left under her posts.
While she finds some funny – especially the ones about ‘tucking’ Drake into bed – she also offered up some defense of Bundchen, who is a frequent mention under her videos.
‘Yeah it’s always, “Gisele could never,” “Gisele would never.” She’s been pretty good, guys, it’s okay,’ the North Carolina grad said in a clip shared on social media.

She also came to the defense of Gisele Bundchen, the ex-wife of former Pats star Tom Brady
Bundchen, 45, was by Brady’s side throughout his time with the Patriots as he won six Super Bowls in 20 seasons in Foxborough.
When the now-48-year-old quarterback moved to Tampa Bay in 2020, she followed him there too when he won his final Super Bowl that same season.
Years later, with Brady still in the league – much to Bundchen’s dismay – the couple divorced in 2022 following 13 years of marriage.
Bundchen has gone on to tie the knot again, re-marrying to jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
Meanwhile, Brady has not managed to be locked down. Recent rumors have linked him to 25-year-old social media influencer Alix Earle.

Drake Maye led the Pats to their first AFC Divisional round appearance since the 2018 season
Much like Bundchen, the Patriots also moved in a new direction. After struggling under Mac Jones, New England drafted Maye third-overall in 2024.
He’s taken off since – turning himself into an MVP-caliber player this season in a remarkable turnaround.
Just Sunday, Maye brought the Patriots back to the AFC Divisional round for the first time since Brady led them there in the 2018 season en route to a Super Bowl title.
The Patriots await the winner of the final Wild Card round game on Monday evening between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Houston Texans.
