Some of the biggest stars in the NFL are celebrating their significant others as the wives and girlfriends of America’s biggest sports league graced the digital pages of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
During a launch party, a number of NFL couples – headlined by Patrick and Brittany Mahomes – had something of a date night during Super Bowl week in San Francisco.
Brittany, one of the cover stars of the February digital issue, showed out alongside her star husband during the bash held by Authentic House at three Michelin Starred restaurant Quince.
She stepped out in a grey strapless dress while showing off a new tattoo on her right forearm, which appears to pay homage to her three children.
Meanwhile, Patrick played it casual with a black jacket over a white t-shirt, along with black jeans and silver accessories.
The couple stayed close for a photo shoot, holding hands and being by each other’s sides throughout the night.

Patrick’s appearance comes after he got surgery on his knee for a torn ACL that ended his 2025 season early and may threaten his availability for 2026.
Brittany is not the only WAG to grace the digital cover of the iconic magazine brand.
Other stars included Haley Cavinder (fiancee of Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson), Christen Goff (wife of Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff), Claire Kittle (wife of San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle), Ronika Love (wife of Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love) and Normani (fiancee of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf).
‘The groundbreaking covers celebrate women who transcend the outdated ‘wives and girlfriends’ label,’ said the magazine.
‘These are entrepreneurs, athletes, creatives, activists, tastemakers and powerhouses shaping culture far beyond the sidelines.’
Brittany, who married Patrick in March 2022 after years of dating as teenagers, shared a keen insight into the life of a WAG.
‘I think being the significant other to an NFL player is an incredibly hard role, and we take on a lot of important stuff behind the scenes that people don’t get to see,’ she told the magazine. ‘But we also get to enjoy life and do things that we love, too.’
