Amendments and cancellations
If, for any reason, you need to change your booking, there will be a £40 admin fee, as long as you’re more than four weeks away from your holiday start date. For bookings less than four weeks away, you will need to cancel them and make a new one instead.
If you didn’t add cancellation cover when booking, you can still cancel and get a refund if you’re 70 days or more away from your arrival date. You’ll receive all of your money back, minus any non-refundable fees, such as your deposit and any admin charges.
It’s worth adding Parkdean Resorts’ cancellation cover at the time of booking for peace of mind. The price depends on the total cost of your holiday, and the refund amount varies depending on when you cancel, as long as you have a ‘qualifying reason’:
