A contemporary behemoth of the jewellery world, Pandora comes from surprisingly humble origins as a family-run jewellery business in Copenhagen. Founded in 1982, its covetable charm bracelet concept took it global in the noughties – but the label has a knack for staying relevant.
Pandora launched its ‘essence’ line in 2024, and it’s fast become one of my favourite accessible jewellery collections. Rivalling the likes of Missoma and Monica Vinader, the pieces are firmly mid-range (between £45 and £109), and have garnered the label a whole new fashion fan base.
Characterised by elegant, sculptural silhouettes and delicate detailing (think pearls, mixed metals or pavé), think of the essence collection as the grown-up sister to the brand’s moments or signature charm lines.
Now, Pandora has debuted its 2026 collection, which builds on the essence core line. Evoking the feeling of summer, twisted, fluid and rippled silhouettes are seen throughout the range, while teardrop and shell-inspired pieces complete your beach holiday looks. All the pieces feature asymmetrical pavé stones, mirroring sparkling reflections on the ocean.

With statement pieces, such as the long pendant necklace and double hoop heart earrings, as well as sophisticated staples like the pearl-adorned studs or pave-set slim rings, the new essence collection will take you from poolside lounging to dinner on the beach. Here are my top picks for summer 2026.

Pandora essence organically shaped pendant necklace
My favourite piece from the new essence line is this 14-carat gold-plated necklace, which boasts a statement design. The oval pendant is detailed with flush-set cubic zirconia stones that subtly shimmer, while the long gold chain can be adjusted easily with a clasp.
An easy way to elevate a simple beach throw-over, it’s equally stylish for evening wear.

Pandora essence open hoop earrings
Matching the pendant above, these earrings are a glamorous alternative to your everyday gold hoops. The sculptural shape is teamed with descending – and very sparkly – cubic zirconia stones.

Pandora essence two-tone stacking rings
I love a chunky ring for extra impact, but this stacked design is a statement with its mixed-metal finish, cluster of cubic zirconia stones and curved silhouette.
The stacked rings offer great value for money and can be worn together or separately.

Pandora essence heart earrings
Complementing the necklace below, Pandora’s heart earrings are another playful take on classic gold hoops. The heart shape isn’t immediately obvious, instead creating a chunky silhouette.
The earrings are flush set with shimmering pavé stones, which catch the light beautifully. With a clip clasp, you don’t have to faff with a stud back.

Pandora essence heart necklace
The sculptural design and three-dimensional look of this heart necklace mean it has more grown-up appeal.
The open pendant features the collection’s signature cluster of pavé stones. A simple yet noticeable piece for everyday wear, it’s sure to be popular for gifting, too.

Pandora essence pearl bracelet
Stylish freshwater pearl detailing has been a mainstay in Pandora’s essence collection since it launched. This dainty bracelet is the perfect match for the line’s equally elegant pearl and pave stud earrings (£79, Pandora.net).
The lobster clasp is a little fiddly, but the bracelet is beautiful arm candy once secured. It’s so lightweight you forget you’re wearing it.
