Whether you’re hoping to jet off to a sun-drenched island or see every inch of a historic city, travel retailer On the Beach has thousands of options for you to choose from. We’ve got the latest on bargain city breaks, the cheapest day to fly and the latest On the Beach discount codes and offers to help you get the most out of your budget.

The PriceWatch deal of the week

The “PriceWatch” tool monitors more than 25,000 holiday prices, bringing you some of the lowest prices amongst travel providers. Every week, it spotlights one specific deal and compares its price to a competitor, like Tui or easyJet holidays, to help you save up to £1,000.

Last-minute holidays

On the Beach deals change weekly, so make sure you keep checking back for news on the best discounts, as you never know what you’ll find. If you’re hoping for last-minute sunshine over the holidays, you’re in luck. On the Beach has a wide selection of holidays starting from less than £200 per person, from the Algarve to Dubai. How quickly can you pack that bag?

Book early and save on 2027 holidays

Looking ahead to 2027 means low prices and availability you won’t find on 2026 holidays. In fact, travel writer Amelia Neath has found the cheapest time for UK travellers to book trips. Domestic flights “can be more affordable when booked 170 to 180 days before travel, saving up to 36 per cent compared to leaving it around six to 12 days before,” she wrote. Typically, Saturday is the cheapest day to fly, up to 18 per cent cheaper than a Monday, which is the most expensive day of the week.

On the Beach has 2027 holiday deals to popular destinations like Gran Canaria, Egypt, Florida and the United Arab Emirates, with prices starting from £599 per person. You’ll find sunny favourites such as Benidorm and Majorca, along with Cape Verde and Egypt, and long-haul packages to the Maldives and Caribbean.

Holiday perks

Aside from weekly discount codes and deals, there are always other ways to save. Recently, On the Beach had free lounge access when you book a five-star holiday, airport fast track on four stars, or complimentary mobile data at three-star resorts. They have yet to release which perks will be available on 2026 holidays.

On the Beach top deals

If you can, it always pays to be flexible when planning a holiday. Should you be open to different destinations and dates, the top deals section can help you save on your travels. You can scroll through a range of different discounts available on selected resorts and hotels, such as “30 per cent off September to December stays”, “15 per cent off October stays” and more.

Low deposits

You can secure most holidays from £30 per person, which is one of the lowest booking deposits offered amongst travel providers. Last-minute bookings of less than 45 days before departure do not qualify for a low deposit option.

Price guarantee

Another hack to know is On the Beach’s price guarantee, which means that if the price of your holiday drops at least 60 days before you depart, you can claim back the difference in the form of a voucher. You can check if your holiday is eligible through the On the Beach app where you’ll see exactly how much you can claim and how to get the credit straight to your account.

Cancellation policy

The On the Beach cancellation policy for holiday packages varies depending on the time before departure; however, it’s stricter than other travel companies like Tui and easyJet holidays. Here’s a breakdown of fees:

  • 60 days or more before departure: a £50 fee per person, plus supplier charges.
  • Less than 60 days before departure: £100 fee per person, plus supplier charges.

Supplier charges can be as much as 100 per cent of the total cost, meaning that cancellation charges vary by booking. Flights are also non-refundable from the point of booking, so it’s worth bearing this in mind before confirming your holiday.

The Independent’s expert team of deal hunters is committed to sourcing the best offers, deals and discounts. Our consumer editor, Sabrina, works closely with On the Beach to bring you the latest offers, as soon as they are released. Whether you’re looking to book a holiday for the whole family or make an investment purchase, we’ve got a team of pros helping you save more of your hard-earned cash. All codes are tested before sharing, and quality checked regularly to ensure they are active and working.

Our consumer team consists of experts with years of experience in sourcing bargains, so we know a thing or two about a great deal. By tracking the prices of products throughout the year, we’re able to bring you the best deals from tried-and-tested travel companies we love and trust.
