Jordan Henderson is out because of the freak arm injury sustained when celebrating in Mexico.

The winners of Argentina vs Switzerland will meet the victor of this tie in the semi-finals.

That match will take place on 15 July in Atlanta.

Norway vs England is due to kick off at 10pm BST on Saturday 11 July in Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
