Seattle Seahawks running back Kenny McIntosh is believed to have a torn ACL after suffering an injury in practice, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The running back, going into his third year in the NFL, had to be helped off the practice field on Sunday in a concerning scene that could impact the rest of his season.
McIntosh played in every game for the Seahawks last season – totaling 31 carries for 172 yards.
His career-high for yards came in Seattle’s final game of the 2024 season – when he carried the ball seven times for 49 yards in a 30-25 win over the NFC West-rival Los Angeles Rams.
The year prior, McIntosh played three games but did not log any statistics.
McIntosh was a star at the University of Georgia – winning the 2021 and 2022 national championships with the Bulldogs.
