Support to help you navigate AI in the workplace

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has launched a suite of resources to help organisations respond to the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace.

Developed with support from the UK government-funded Innovate UK BridgeAI programme, the materials help employers adopt AI responsibly and plan for changes to workforce skills.

What the resources include

The CIPD’s AI hub brings together guidance and tools for businesses, including

  • practical guides on AI skills planning, responsible use, and implementing AI standards
  • insight articles on future skills needs, workforce change and people-centred AI adoption
  • case studies showing how organisations are using AI in practice

The resources highlight the need for ongoing skills development as AI continues to reshape job roles and business operations. They also encourage employers to take a structured and ethical approach to AI adoption.

Businesses can access the AI resources on the CIPD website.
