Discover how prioritising financial wellbeing in the workplace for employees can drive motivation, engagement, and performance
Mid Ulster Labour Market Partnership is hosting a breakfast workshop where attendees will discover how prioritising financial wellbeing in the workplace for employees can drive motivation, engagement, and performance.
The morning will begin with a light breakfast and an opportunity for networking.
Host Denise Murtagh (Dungannon Enterprise Centre) will open the event followed by a warm welcome from the Chair of Mid Ulster District Council, Cllr Frances Burton.
Those attending will then hear from the Chair of The Forum’s Steering Group, Sharon Logue (Uform), on what the Forum is, how it can benefit you and your business, and how easy it is to sign up and get involved.
Kith & Kin will then deliver a workshop which will focus on the benefits of providing a Financial Wellbeing Service for employees. This workshop is designed to provide HR professionals and business owners with the latest tools and strategies to enhance the financial wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
Following the workshop, there will be an open discussion where attendees can share the key issues they’re facing and highlight the areas where they would like more support.
