There was seemingly no love lost between Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo following the former’s trade from the Miami Heat as tensions boiled over as they came face-to-face for the first time since their run together ended.
Adebayo and Herro got into a physical altercation in Las Vegas on Friday, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.
The heated incident, which is said to have taken place at a practice court in Las Vegas, resulted in a furious Adebayo reportedly striking his former teammate.
Adebayo reportedly approached Herro at the practice facility inside a Sin City Hotel on Friday morning to confront him about comments the guard made following his exit from Miami.
Herro, who was sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Giannis Antetokounmpo late last month, criticized Adebayo in social media posts after their seven-year run together in Miami came to an end.
It is unclear what was said between the two former teammates nor how it escalated into the violent altercation.

The Daily Mail has contacted the Miami Heat and the Milwaukee Bucks for comment.
Last month, the Bucks agreed to trade their franchise cornerstone Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis to the Miami Heat in exchange for Herro, Kel’el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kasparas Jakucionis and three first-round picks.
Miami also surrendered a pick swap in 2030 and a second-round pick in 2033.
Following the trade, Herro posted a graphic to his Instagram story showing the worst field-goal percentage from midrange in the NBA, featuring both Antetokounmpo and Adebayo.
It showed Antetokounmpo as the worst with a 26.8 percent rate and Adebayo 10th worst with a 35.9 percent, seemingly suggesting that the pair would not boost Miami’s chances next season.
Instagram direct messages were also leaked that seemingly showed Herro taking shots at the Heat center.
More to follow.
