Metallica have announced they will be holding an eight-show residency at the Las Vegas Sphere this October.
In an Instagram Story shared Wednesday, the heavy metal band posted a clip of the iconic venue lit up with the news, along with a link to their website with all the details.
“Surprise! The world’s worst-kept secret is now official… we are bringing our No Repeat Weekends to Sphere in Las Vegas this fall!!” the website reads.
“Our Sphere weekend residency, Life Burns Faster, will debut on October 1 & 3, with six more shows to follow. As you’ve come to expect, each set of shows will be No Repeat Weekends, meaning if you attend both the Thursday and Saturday shows, you will not hear the same song twice.”
Tickets will go on sale March 6 at 10am PT, with several presales over the next week and a half. For fans interested in the presale, each weekend has different presale times, which you can find and register for on Metallica’s website.
