Livvy Dunne has put Hollywood on alert by revealing that she is taking acting lessons.

The hugely popular influencer and NCAA champion with the LSU gymnastics team has revealed she had held a long-standing interest in acting and after leaving school, finally has time to pursue it as an interest.

Speaking to People, the 23-year-old Dunne revealed: ‘One thing people would be surprised about is that I take acting lessons and I really love it.

‘It’s something I’ve been passionate about for quite some time. I was interested in doing that at LSU, but sports are your top priority when you’re a student-athlete at school; school and sports, but really gymnastics was my main focus.

‘And now that I’m done with school, I have more time to lean into the acting stuff and the creative side of things.’

Dunne added that she is open to starring in a television show or a movie when the right opportunity emerges for her.

She added: ‘feel like collabing on creativity and seeing the end result, having something be great after, that’s something that I love.

‘Whether it’s gymnastics or acting in a movie or a TV show, I just think watching all your hard work pay off, whether it’s an individual thing or a group thing, I think it’s so cool.’

While at LSU, Dunne built a massive social media following – she has 5.3million Instagram followers and another 7.9 on TikTok.

And if her status couldn’t be any higher, she is also dating one of the great American baseball players in Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.

She will almost certainly be in the stands on Monday evening at the World Baseball Classic, where Skenes is scheduled to pitch for the United States against Mexico in Houston, Texas.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Mail at the Super Bowl in February, Dunne revealed she plans to be at every game Skenes plays in 2026.

‘I’ll try to make all of his starts, that’s my goal this year,’ she said.
