Lenny Hochstein is denying accusations that he drugged and raped a woman in Miami after the alleged victim hit him with a lawsuit.
In a statement to Page Six, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star said, “I have never drugged or raped anyone. This is a girl I met over a year ago.”
“If she believed she was raped I would think you would go to the police, not ask for money over a year after the fact,” he added.
A Jane Doe is suing Lenny for sexual battery and infliction of emotional distress, claiming he lured her into his mansion, gave her a drug and sexually assaulted her in May 2025, first reported by TMZ Monday.
According to the lawsuit filed June 5, the woman — identified only as a British model in the court docs — says she met Lenny, 59, at Sopra Club, an exclusive, private members-only lounge in Miami Beach on or about May 1 last year.
She claims the celebrity plastic surgeon then invited her — via a younger man used as a decoy, she believes — to an after-party on Star Island, an ultra-exclusive and private gated community, but that there was no after-party.
After being left alone with Lenny at his residence, she alleges he made repeated sexual advances, all of which she claims she shut down, and gave her what he called a “very common sleeping pill.” The woman said she “lost consciousness and blacked out” and has “no memory of any events” from then until the following morning.
According to the lawsuit, the woman claims Lenny attempted to have sexual relations with her the next morning — which she again said she refused — and told her they had sex the night before, though she repeatedly rejected his advances before she passed out.
Jane Doe claims Lenny told her he gave her melatonin, but it was allegedly later determined to be Ambien — a prescription drug to treat insomnia or troubled sleeping that “may cause you to do things while you are still asleep that you may not remember the next morning,” according to the Mayo Clinic.
The woman is not currently seeking punitive damages — subject to future amendments — and is requesting a trial by jury.
Lenny was previously married to fellow “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein. They finalized their divorce in November 2024 after an intense two-year legal battle.
They share two children together: son Logan, 12, and daughter Elle, 6.
In April, Lisa and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden were hit with shocking criminal charges. The former couple faced one count each of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
According to the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Glidden “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with.”
However, the charges are now being dismissed. Their attorneys, Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick, told us last month that “all charges” against the duo “will be dismissed [in] mid-June without any admission of guilt or conviction” after they “reached an agreement with prosecutors.”
